Delivery order information

Before ordering, please check the delivery schedule below for your area. If your town is not listed, refer to the nearest town. We deliver within 30 miles of our office. Deliveries requested outside your area’s scheduled day are subject to additional fees.(see service tab for a list of fees)
During very cold winter weather, our schedule may be booked 10–15 days in advance. To avoid running out during peak season, please order when your tank is between one-half and one-quarter full. This will allow enough time for us to make the delivery.

Fuel Pricing & Delivery
Fuel prices can change significantly throughout the day. Because of these fluctuations, your final price is set when we load the truck for your delivery, rather than when you place your order. If prices fall, you receive the lower rate. If prices rise, your rate will increase accordingly. Our automated text service will send you your locked-in rate the night before delivery. Pricing given when you place your order is ONLY an estimate and will change prior to the actual delivery. If you need to know the exact price- please call the morning of your scheduled delivery.
