Services we offer

We offer 4X4 Truck Deliveries. The 4X4 runs on its own schedule outside of the normal delivery schedule. This is based on demand and what areas have the highest need for it each week. Our 4x4 is used for emergencies and pre planned stops. We always want to schedule stops on our large trucks since the small truck can only hold 1200 gallons. Limiting the stops we can make. If we try to get you on a large truck and cannot you will be moved to the next open 4X4 truck route. This will not be the same day, you may have to wait a few days until you fall on the 4X4 route. So always be sure to advise us WELL ahead of time of your bad driveway or be sure to treat and plow your driveway prior to delivery. Fuel trucks, even 4 wheel drive do not do well in snow and ice. Remember, unlike a 2 wheel drive car they have thousands of pounds of moving liquid moving around on them. We will not attempt ANY untreated/ non-plowed driveways. If you want fuel, it is your responsibility to make a clear safe path

Cleaning your furnace/or Boiler is a must to keep it running like it should! Our cleaning prices start well below the "other guys" while including all the basic parts needed. (Filter/Strainer/Nozzle) We allow for 1.5 hours to clean a unit. That is more then enough time for a maintained system. If your system has not been maintained and it takes longer then the 1.5 hour time frame, it will be billed at normal service hourly rate. Also note, some systems have more then one filter, or specialty filters. Only one basic filter is included in the cost. Anything outside of the 3 basic parts listed will be extra. (most systems need just the listed basics)

We also clean gas units, at a discounted rate listed above. If you are a fuel oil customer but get your fuel elsewhere- rates are higher.

When you call within business hours, 30 mins prior to closing Mon-Fri 8:30-3:30 you get our lowest rates if something goes wrong unexpected! Our calls start at $100.00 ($125 non customer) for the first hour or each call- then an additional $60.00 ($75 Non Customer) Each hour to follow. This does not include parts. All parts are additional. You are not charged for drive time

during business hours. Service calls include repairs on Heating and Cooling units. We service Boilers, Furnaces, Ductless systems, hot water heaters and all fuel types from Fuel oil, Propane and Natural Gas. If you are a fuel oil customer and get your fuel elsewhere - rates are higher.

At this time, we do not service or work on wood stoves, Chimneys or fireplaces

24/7 Emergency Service- Unexpected heating problems can happen at any time. When they do, we’re here to help. Call 570-494-0844 for service, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Service rates: $175 minimum, covering the first hour. $90 for each additional hour. Parts are charged separately. Travel time will be charged for after-hours calls. Service during holidays and major weather events is billed at after-hours rates. Additional holiday fees apply on the holiday itself above the normal after hour rates.

Out of Oil After Hours? After-hours out-of-oil service includes fuel supplied in 10-gallon jerry cans only. A fuel truck delivery must be scheduled during business hours, and additional off-route or next-day delivery fees apply. The on call service tech cannot schedule your oil delivery. You must call the office in the morning.

Higher service rates apply to fuel oil systems when you do not currently purchase your fuel from us.

Cleaning of indoor and outdoor coils. Checking of all electrical connections, and amp draws. Capacitors checked. Cleaning of condensate line. Checking of all pressure and temperatures

Freon costs extra if needed. If issues found, and parts are needed they will also be an additional cost (to test a AC unit correctly is must be "warmer" outside) Please keep that in mind when scheduling your AC cleanings

Please note R22 refrigerant is becoming very hard and expensive to get. We may suggest changing over to a newer less expensive freon if needed and when possible

Run out of oil? If you feel better letting our driver get you started back up we offer a simple start up! Someone must be home, the driver cannot wait on someone to arrive ($35.00). If the driver is unable to get it started due to other possible issues we can send out a service tech- If they can get it started quickly with no needed parts it is $60-75.00. If additional time and parts are needed it will be treated as a normal service call- and billed as such either regular or after hours

Free Installation Quotes -

We offer free quotes on all installations, including oil, gas, and propane heating systems, heat pumps, air conditioning, water heaters, boilers, oil tanks, light commercial systems, and refrigeration equipment.

Every job is different, so an on-site visit is required to provide an accurate quote. We cannot give installation quotes over the phone.

Quotes are valid for 14 days because equipment and material prices can change quickly. After your deposit is received, please allow 14–21 days for parts to be ordered. Once the parts have been ordered, your quoted price is locked in.

We also provide commercial maintenance on coolers, refrigeration units, and ice machines. We bill all commercial work as time and materials only saving you money! No extra rates/fees for commercial work- billed at standard per technician hourly rate plus materials.

Same-Day Delivery & Out-of-Fuel Service -

We do our best to accommodate urgent delivery requests, but same-day delivery cannot be guaranteed during peak season. When available, the following fees apply in addition to your fuel cost: $80 same-day delivery fee if our truck is already in your area. $140 total in delivery fees if our truck is outside your delivery area: a $80 same-day fee plus a $60 off-route fee.

Out of Fuel After Hours?

Out-of-fuel calls outside normal business hours are billed as emergency service calls, plus the cost of fuel. If a delivery truck is still on the road, we’ll make every effort to reach you. If our trucks have finished for the evening, we can provide a temporary supply in jerry cans—normally up to 10 gallons—until a full delivery can be scheduled.

Your full delivery will depend on your location and our available routes. Next-day delivery is not guaranteed.

Order Early to Avoid Running Out

We’ll always do what we can to help, but it is your responsibility to order before your tank runs empty. Please order when your tank reaches between 1/2 and 1/4 full, to allow time for delivery. During peak season we can be booked out up to 14 days. If you call during the suggested time frame- this allows enough time to avoid a run out!
